📋 Description

• Build applications, APIs, integrations, data workflows, and internal tools for healthcare operations • Take features from problem definition through implementation, testing, release, and improvement • Work with Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL in a database-intensive environment • Improve performance, data quality, reliability, and production visibility • Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders • Make practical tradeoffs and ship useful software • Use AI coding tools with strong review, testing, and accountability • At the senior level, lead larger technical initiatives and guide architecture decisions • Help raise engineering standards while remaining hands-on

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience • Production experience with Ruby on Rails or Python • Ability to learn and work across the stack • Strong SQL and hands-on PostgreSQL experience • Fundamentals in data structures, API design, testing, debugging, and system performance • Experience delivering web applications or full-stack features • Understanding of how the user interface, services, and database fit together • Experience with Git, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support • Clear communication, curiosity, and ability to work through changing requirements • Practical experience with AI-assisted development and judgment to validate its output • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
