📋 Description

• Develop, create and execute a social media strategy conveying a consistent brand voice and positioning the company as an industry leader • Manage day-to-day activities, organic and paid social campaigns, media budgets and external agency relationships • Serve as community manager for official social media channels and respond to comments and questions • Educate and train employees to become social media brand advocates • Implement editorial calendars and create, manage and publish digital content • Conduct social listening and monitor conversations about the company, brands, competitors and industry • Share insights from social media monitoring with relevant owners • Collaborate cross-functionally to find company news for social engagement and train internal teams • Serve as social media expert and monitor B2B social media strategies, tools, trends and applications • Collaborate with creative and IT teams to keep social media tools current • Identify KPIs, establish success metrics and report on strategy, campaign and channel effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or similar field required • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing and social media experience preferred • Strong and demonstrated knowledge of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn for brand promotion • Proven experience with social media monitoring, listening and analytics tools • Familiarity with developing and executing compelling content tailored for digital mediums • Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite are obligatory • Positive attitude, outgoing personality, high collaboration, adaptability and willingness to take initiative • Ability to manage information from disparate sources and provide proactive, timely solutions • Ability to uncover news and act as an internal reporter
