📋 Description

• Reconcile and process premium billings and balances daily reports • Maintain and research premium suspense • Generate premium refunds and correspondence • Perform member and group terminations • Perform member-level reconciliations • Analyze, process, accurately reconcile, and post group payments in a timely manner • Analyze and research group suspense to ensure premiums are posted correctly • Complete payment audits for groups in MS Excel • Meet quality and productivity benchmarks while multitasking in a high-volume environment • Work collaboratively with internal customers to meet departmental service-level goals • Perform other duties as assigned based on department needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, insurance administration, premium billing, or a related analytical role • Experience researching and resolving payment discrepancies, account variances, or reconciliation issues • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis • Ability to perform complex reconciliation and administrative research in the servicing system • Ability to analyze financial premium data and communicate results • Outstanding research and reconciliation skills • 10-key skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to compose professional correspondence • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a low error rate • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines • Ability to handle confidential information • High School Diploma or Equivalent • 2–4 years working in general accounting with understanding of related concepts and practices • Experience in a role requiring heavy research and reconciliation
