📋 Description

• Organize and conduct training programs for the RCM department, including accounts receivable, registration, cash management, customer service, payer contract management, and new-hire onboarding • Organize and conduct training on administrative functions and system applications including athenaIDX, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams • Assist with process-improvement initiatives that drive system and personnel efficiency • Work closely with quality assurance and operational teams to identify opportunities • Develop and maintain course curricula for all RCM functions • Create pathways/job aids, playbooks, eLearning, and classroom presentation decks • Collaborate with the Director - Training & Education to ensure training-course and curriculum effectiveness • Identify employee and process knowledge gaps and evaluate trainee effectiveness • Participate in and conduct company training programs • Mentor new education and development team members and assist with professional growth • Work with leadership and senior staff to address training needs • Develop workshops, videos, and one-on-one training sessions • Develop and organize rollouts of new systems, processes, and system updates • Manage incoming training requests and coordinate coverage and scheduling • Create, use, and maintain checklists to ensure training classes are prepared • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Healthcare industry experience required; anesthesia experience preferred • AthenaIDX experience preferred • Knowledge of RCM for physician practices preferred • 10+ years of individual and team training experience preferred • 10+ years’ experience creating training materials or e-learning modules and curriculum, and instructional design preferred • Experience managing curriculum development or e-learning development projects • Ability to communicate and maintain the integrity of sensitive, detailed employee-training information • Ability to assess department practices, procedures, and computer systems and produce targeted training programs and materials • Leadership skills to direct trainees and evaluate comprehension and application of subject material • Ability to lead abstract projects, own all project aspects, coach contributors, and proactively ensure project success • Initiative, motivation, creativity, and ability to understand many areas of expertise • Ability to react positively to developments and help lead new training developments • Ability to communicate professionally with all management levels • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent technical writing skills • Excellent presentation skills • Skilled utilization of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), Teams, and Visio • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills • Some travel may be required • Must be able to meet the stated physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation
