📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement training modules for the field sales team and customer accounts, including new hire and product training • Develop and implement annual sales training plans using the SMART format • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, national accounts, and customer service on competitive insights, market trends, product innovation, and training content • Develop content and conduct interactive training for national and regional key accounts • Produce quality content aligned with corporate guidelines to increase SIGVARIS brand awareness • Identify training needs and gaps with the Director of Sales and Regional Sales Managers to improve sales force effectiveness • Provide product demonstrations to influence purchasing decisions • Participate in planning, content development, and execution of national and regional sales meetings • Attend and assist with regional/national tradeshows, conferences, and meetings • Develop and lead virtual and instructor-led training across multiple digital platforms • Create and use video-editing software/apps and stream live training modules when applicable • Promote SIGVARIS corporate values and company culture internally and externally • Communicate effectively with all levels and departments and maintain timely, open communication with internal and external customers • Follow company policies, industry, ISO, 6S, Lean Manufacturing, and legal requirements • Maintain accurate records supporting the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy • Perform other assigned duties to ensure efficient workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a sales trainer • Preferred candidates will have training experience with medical compression therapy (and products) and thorough knowledge of venous disease and the lymphedema and lipedema markets but not required • Must have experience creating training modules using different LMS • Ability to create and execute annual sales training plans and develop training programs • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations • Strong customer facing skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Willingness to listen and ability to think creatively and innovatively • Budget-management skills and proficiency • Professional judgement and discretion • Must live near a major airport • Successful completion of background check including MVR, employment and education verification, and drug test required in advance of hire
