📋 Description
• Collect payments on assigned delinquent checking accounts by reviewing documentation • Contact customers and clients by telephone • Create written correspondence per customer request • Arrange repayment schedules to minimize organizational loss
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Two to three years of experience in a collections call center • Good knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures • Knowledge of fair debt collection practices and related laws • Strong customer service/relations skills • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions • Ability to organize and interpret information • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct • Applicants must comply with applicable workplace conduct and safety policies
