📋 Description

• Originate mortgage loans in an assigned Non Bank territory • Take applications and conduct preliminary underwriting reviews • Submit loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval • Follow up to ensure documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner • Solicit loan sales and conduct sales-related activities away from U.S. Bank locations • Spend at least 50% of work time conducting activities away from U.S. Bank locations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Three or more years of experience in mortgage, sales, or real estate • National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z • Ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements • Maintain a satisfactory criminal and credit record • Ability to meet applicable requirements for performing duties outside the regular place of business • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
