📋 Description

• Develop profitable new business account relationships • Increase profitability from existing accounts • Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services • Make sales presentations to existing and prospective clients • Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales • Develop a pipeline of opportunities through self-sourced prospecting and partnering with Business Banking Specialists and Branch colleagues • Drive business development and sales within the Small Business and Branch Banking segment • Focus sales efforts on companies with less than $2.5M in revenues • Travel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Three to five years of relevant sales experience • Ability to travel • Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations • Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills • Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Candidates must currently reside in the broader Cincinnati area • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
