📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during onboarding and platform launch • Manage an onboarding book of business of 50 to 80 customers at a time • Deliver proactive, high-touch onboarding for high-value customers • Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, and activation • Deliver training, product education, and light technical support • Build reusable guides, templates, and walkthroughs with AI tools • Coordinate with App Launch and Migrations teams on platform activations • Ensure customer assets, apps, and data are delivered accurately and on time • Drive adoption and reduce time-to-value in line with customer goals and ROI expectations • Monitor progress and surface launch blockers or risks • Communicate with customers via email, phone, video, and SMS • Use AI to draft communications, summarize calls, prepare kickoffs, and automate repetitive tasks • Share AI prompts, workflows, and process improvements with the team • Share onboarding insights with product, support, and customer success teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management • Ideally, experience in a SaaS environment • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in day-to-day work • Proven use of AI to improve output quality, speed, or consistency • Strong judgment in evaluating when to rely on AI • Ability to critically review AI output and own accuracy, tone, and customer impact • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Proactive, customer-first mindset • Ability to explain technical concepts simply • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver client work on time • High adaptability and sense of urgency • Comfort working remotely • Curiosity and growth mindset toward emerging AI tools and workflows • Familiarity with video hosting, content creation, or digital community platforms is a bonus • Passion for helping customers succeed and a team-player attitude • Stable internet and a conducive workspace
