📋 Description

• Lead the Nourish Medical clinical team and own supervision of physicians and advanced practice providers • Build and scale clinical quality management using metrics, technology, process, and coaching • Develop a collaborative interdisciplinary care model with dietitians, therapists, and other provider types • Partner with Product and Operations to translate frontline clinical insights into better care processes and products • Provide direct clinical care to patients on the Nourish platform through a part-time clinical load • Shape new visit types, provider types, service lines, and the clinical foundation for expansion • Report to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborate with Clinical Strategy on protocols, quality standards, and care model design

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience after medical school • Strong clinical practice experience combined with operational or analytical work • Clinical expertise in medical management of cardiometabolic disease • Prior experience managing clinicians • Data-savvy decision-making, balancing quantitative and qualitative information • Ability to build trust across a multidisciplinary team • Bias toward action with sound clinical judgment • Ability to work across people, systems, and technology • First-principles thinking and ability to take ideas from concept to implementation • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
