📋 Description

• Support all licensing operations at Nourish, including day-to-day tasks, workflow maintenance and optimization, and development of new processes • Own the end-to-end licensing application cycle for new and existing providers across the U.S. • Streamline licensing processes through automation suggestions, new tools, workflow optimization, and process improvements • Develop and implement SOPs for new state or provider licensing • Assist in managing and uptraining the contract licensing team • Track licensing metrics and report progress, roadblocks, and updates • Provide direct support and manage licensing communications for Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and therapists • Communicate with cross-functional RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field • Familiarity with licensing processes and state licensing requirements for RDs, MDs, NPs, and therapists • Effective communication and collaboration across roles and teams • Meticulous organization and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing processes and workflows • Enjoys building processes from the ground up • Tech-savvy and open to learning and using new technologies • Flexible and adaptable when facing new challenges and circumstances • Passion for Nourish’s mission; interest in nutrition and contributing to solving America’s healthcare crisis
