📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end cycle of licensing applications for new and existing providers across the U.S., ensuring all requirements are met for license approval • Support streamlining existing licensing processes through automation suggestions, new tools, step optimization, and workflow improvements • Develop SOPs for new state or provider licensing and own team implementation • Assist in managing and uptraining the contract licensing team • Track licensing metrics and report progress, roadblocks, and updates; suggest improvements to reporting • Provide direct support to Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and therapists and manage licensing communications • Communicate with cross-functional teams to share updates, reprioritize work, and gather input • Work cross-functionally with RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field • Familiarity with licensing processes and state licensing requirements for RDs, MDs, NPs, and therapists • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Meticulous organization and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to process and workflow changes • Enjoyment of building processes from the ground up • Tech-savvy and open to learning and using new technologies • Flexibility and adaptability when facing new challenges and circumstances • Passion for Nourish’s mission, interest in nutrition, and eagerness to contribute to solving America’s healthcare crisis
