📋 Description

• Deliver Anaplan planning solutions • Contribute to annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, corporate cost support, and Long-Range Planning • Drive alignment between functional finance, field finance, and Senior Finance leadership • Support connected financial planning solutions as a member of the Finance Anaplan Admin Support Team • Drive technical architecture and design, prototyping, process design, testing, training, support procedures, and implementations • Evaluate design specifications and address architectural concerns • Build and execute sophisticated Anaplan multidimensional models from existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems • Modify existing models for connected solutions, optimization, and new functionality • Provide feedback and progress updates to Business Partners and Anaplan SMEs • Create and run financial reports using PeopleSoft, Anaplan, and other relevant software • Lead a small team and contribute hands-on to optimization products • Develop model documentation and maintain coding standards • Author, document, and maintain code and unit tests • Lead data integration, migration solutions, UAT testing, and deployment • Prioritize projects, manage customer expectations, and organize team efforts • Serve as technical expertise and mentor across development teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years’ experience building relevant system models • Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modelling skills • Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology, including requirements gathering, design, build/test, training, change management and deployment • Agile methodology preferable • Strong written and oral communication skills • 1+ years Anaplan experience • Ability to lead and execute responsibilities simultaneously, with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Computer Science
