📋 Description

• Integrate new data sources and ensure seamless data flow and accessibility across the organization • Implement and manage ETL processes to move data from various sources into the warehouse • Assist in developing and testing new features, models, and data processes within data warehouses • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by establishing policies and conducting regular audits • Monitor and optimize database and system performance and troubleshoot issues • Document technical designs, workflows, best practices, and system documentation • Assist with the in-house unification process and downstream data integrations • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders across the data lifecycle • Implement data validation and cleansing processes

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience with cloud-based BI and data solutions, AWS preferred • Proven experience operating production pipelines • Strong foundation in Python and SQL • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field • Experience delivering reliable datasets for BI, analytics, and data science • Ownership of data quality, testing, and documentation • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Experience with relational and dimensional data models • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, flexible environment • Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly • General knowledge of soccer • Ability to connect micro details to the macro vision and mission • Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Desired: experience with Prefect for data orchestration • Desired: experience managing AWS Redshift data warehouses • Background in and passion for soccer, sports, and/or entertainment preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce data structure and concepts • Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and priorities • Collaborative, team-player, results-driven mindset
