📋 Description

• Ensure that all providers within UVMHN Medical Staff meet necessary requirements for maintaining appropriate documentation related to membership and privileges • Monitor and track CME, immunizations, compliance training, medical staff dues, specialty certifications for privileging, and health exams • Ensure providers are up to date and in compliance with regulatory standards, state regulations, and established policies • Maintain the integrity and quality of the medical staff through compliance oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or healthcare related degree required • Minimum of 3 years in health care administrative support or provider data field • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel • Experience with Credentialing, Privileging, and/or Medical Staff Services including working knowledge of Joint Commission standards, CMS requirements, and applicable Federal and State regulations • Experience working with physicians and other providers • Experience with provider management software systems, specifically related to medical staff data and/or credentialing
