📋 Description
• Screen resumes of applicants and select candidates to interview • Interview and assess candidates based on client job requisitions • Introduce the best candidates to clients and set up interviews • Complete all paperwork and communications necessary to finalize placements • Mentor and support candidates on contract to increase impact and longevity • Market available candidates to potential employers who fit their profiles • Attend/Lead Guild info and Q&A meetings to meet and educate applicants • Post jobs on Slack and LinkedIn when seeking additional candidates
🎯 Requirements
• Experience or familiarity with UX research, design, operations, and data analysis • Experience with interviewing, matching talent with requisitions, and hiring • Self-motivated, organized, diligent, honest, and supportive • Desire to help candidates find work and expand the Guild community • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Docs, Gmail, LinkedIn, Slack, and Zoom • Technical expertise to solve problems and learn new tools and platforms as necessary
