📋 Description

• Lead the development of complex solutions, contributing across multiple technology areas; • Participate in the analysis and definition of the best technologies and architectures to be used in projects; • Implement new tools, techniques, and methodologies to optimize the development process; • Share knowledge and mentor team members, fostering a learning and growth environment; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in software development; • Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, design patterns, and systems architecture; • Proficiency in common programming paradigms; • Ability to work in dynamic, challenging environments with a focus on delivering results; • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate and share knowledge; • Advanced English language skills are desirable; • Familiarity with and use of AI tools to boost productivity and perform bulk tasks is desirable.
