📋 Description

• Coordinate scheduling and qualifications by confirming tour times and attendee lists • Review owner qualifications to ensure they meet specific criteria • Guide technology onboarding by walking owners through necessary software requirements • Troubleshoot basic connectivity or platform access issues prior to tour starts • Establish professional rapport and reassure owners about the virtual process • Accurately enter and update reservation data • Maintain up-to-date contact information within company systems • Adhere to company policies and security awareness protocols • Perform necessary administrative duties

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar customer service or virtual support environment • Vacation Ownership or Timeshare Outbound experience highly preferred • Proven track record of exceptional ability to communicate and interact with others via telephone and digital channels • Strength in various tech platforms, including SPI, Excel, Email, Jag, Max, and various virtual meeting platforms • Ability to interpret data and solve practical problems involving various variables • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information • Willingness to occasionally work weekends, holidays, and extended hours to accommodate tour schedules
