📋 Description

• Lead and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Design, implement, and continuously improve internal controls and accounting processes. • Lead accounting transformation initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and scalability. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing accounting teams • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilities
