📋 Description

• Supervise clinical administrative work coordinating program services, quality assurance, and personnel services • Coach, mentor, counsel, and conduct performance appraisals for clinical subordinates • Resolve conflicts and monitor schedule adherence • Liaise between the Program Manager and team, keeping the team informed about program matters • Plan daily schedules, assign tasks, and ensure daily goals are met • Submit daily and weekly productivity reports to Program Managers • Organize and direct daily clinical support according to the statement of work • Evaluate program needs and recommend process and workflow improvements • Follow program guidelines and assist with process improvement implementation • Resolve complex clinical issues autonomously and serve as the first line of escalation for clinical staff • Assist with and participate in client audits • Coordinate with inter-departmental stakeholders on program escalations, conflicts, and questions • Conduct quality assurance activities in accordance with SOPs, program procedures, and regulatory requirements • Evaluate clinical service quality and identify improvement opportunities • Oversee training, licensure, and competencies of clinical staff • Identify and report pharmacovigilance information, including adverse events • Participate in and conduct team meetings • Assist in hiring clinical staff • Ensure timely completion of training deadlines for policies governing confidential data • Ensure consistent adherence to all SOPs • Perform other assigned responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Registered nurse with a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience • 3–5 years of leadership experience • Extensive knowledge of various clinical diseases and therapeutic drug classes • Broad knowledge of clinical licensure rules, regulations, and compliance considerations • Active RN license in your residence state • Excellent communication skills • Initiative and strong work ethic • Ability to supervise a team professionally, consistently, and fairly • Ability to lead within a fluid and dynamic environment • Ability to change tasks and consistently prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
