📋 Description

• Coordinate program services, quality assurance, and personnel services within the department • Implement program policies and procedures according to standard operating and program-specific procedures • Coach, mentor, counsel, appraise, and manage performance of clinical subordinates • Serve as liaison between the Program Manager and team • Plan daily schedules, assign tasks, and ensure daily goals are met • Submit daily and weekly team and individual productivity reports • Direct daily clinical support according to the statement of work • Evaluate program needs and recommend process and workflow improvements • Problem-solve complex clinical situations and serve as first escalation point for clinical staff • Assist with client audits • Coordinate with inter-departmental stakeholders on escalations, conflicts, and questions • Conduct quality assurance reviews, meetings, reports, and observations for compliance • Evaluate clinical service quality and identify improvement opportunities • Oversee clinical staff training, licensure, and competencies • Identify and report pharmacovigilance information, including adverse events • Participate in and conduct team meetings • Assist in hiring clinical staff • Ensure SOP consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Registered nurse and 4 years minimum of clinical experience • 3–5 years leadership experience • Extensive knowledge of various clinical diseases and therapeutic drug classes • Broad knowledge of clinical licensure rules, regulations, and compliance considerations • Impeccable communication skills • Initiative and strong work ethic • Ability to supervise a team professionally, consistently, and fairly • Ability to lead within a fluid and dynamic environment • Ability to change tasks and prioritize consistently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Ability to talk or hear and sit for long periods • Preferred ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred • On-time completion of training deadlines for policies governing confidential data
