📋 Description

• Provide phone-based support for Oncology patients and caregivers across the end-to-end patient journey • Serve as initial point of contact for patients, care partners, and healthcare provider/office staff • Provide approved information and education on Oncology care, benefit discussions, disease progression, product education, and general/program-specific resources • Provide treatment education using approved FAQs and talking points • Facilitate warm transfers to Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, or other program stakeholders when appropriate • Meet training deadlines for corporate policies and procedures governing confidential data • Follow all SOPs consistently • Apply Valeris leadership competencies to support team success • Conduct miscellaneous assigned tasks and projects • Work the 11 AM–8 PM EST, Monday–Friday shift • Travel as needed, up to 25% preferred

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license required • Must be eligible to obtain licensure in all 50 states • Minimum of four (4) years of clinical practice • Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) • Prior oncology experience preferred • Preferred certifications: Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Certified Case Manager (CCM), and Patient Advocate Certification Specialist (PACS) • Experience within a manufacturer’s Patient Support Program (PSP) preferred • Experience supporting patients and healthcare providers with insurance verification, prior authorization requirements, and access criteria preferred • Case management or care coordination experience preferred, including telephonic patient support and/or REMS programs • Excellent communication skills • Patient empathy and understanding • Ability to educate while remaining emotionally supportive • Highest level of ethics and integrity • Motivational interviewing experience a plus • Salesforce experience preferred • Fluency in Spanish a plus • Prefer ability to type at least 35 WPM with 97% accuracy • Ability to meet remote work requirements, including reliable high-speed internet, dedicated secure workspace, confidentiality, and productivity • Background check and, depending on position, drug screen contingent upon employment offer
