📋 Description

• Manage daily program operations • Ensure adherence to contracted Service Level Agreements • Implement and manage client-specific business rules • Communicate daily with the team to ensure engagement and alignment with program operations and goals • Hire, develop, and train team members • Ensure staffing levels meet daily program needs • Ensure direct reports receive necessary role training • Work with Human Resources to develop a candidate pipeline • Provide coaching and development for direct reports • Report Adverse Events and Product Complaint inquiries according to SOPs and good manufacturer practices • Drive team success using Valeris’ values • Ensure on-time completion of corporate policy and procedure training • Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs • Perform additional assigned tasks or projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry • Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred; relevant patient services experience will be considered in lieu of degree • Previous personnel/team management experience • Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, product commercialization, and working with manufacturers is a plus • Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus • Exceptional leadership skills with ability to engage and motivate teams • Service-minded approach focused on patients and care partners • Accountability for results and team performance • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage disruptive impulses and stressful situations • Proficient emotional intelligence • Ability to handle personal health information confidentially • Honesty, integrity, professionalism, and business/customer service etiquette • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Proficient computer skills • Adaptability to change • Personal initiative and commitment to team and organizational goals • Ability to work effectively within a team • Positive attitude • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
