📋 Description

• Support accurate, timely, and consistent day-to-day People Operations processes across North America • Maintain accurate employee records and data in HiBob • Process routine employee lifecycle changes, including transfers, terminations, and compensation updates • Conduct routine HRIS audits and maintain system-of-record documentation • Support HRIS testing and implementation initiatives • Prepare payroll input files and change reports • Perform pre- and post-payroll validation checks • Support Workers Compensation reporting and tax and compliance documentation • Coordinate the North America payroll process for the US and Canada • Administer benefits, retirement contributions, time off, and leave transactions • Prepare recurring HR reports and maintain audit documentation • Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries and resolve People Operations tickets • Escalate complex, sensitive, policy-related, data, vendor, or system issues to the Senior People Operations Manager • Support People Operations projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of People Operations processes and employee lifecycle administration • Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, benefits, time-off, leave, and employee data processes • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and HiBob is an asset • Familiarity with U.S. payroll processes and applicable federal and state compliance requirements • Ability to follow established procedures while identifying potential issues or exceptions • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to manage confidential employee information appropriately • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills • Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and priorities
