📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Clients • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding Client goals, challenges, and service needs • Conduct regular check-ins, service reviews, and follow-ups • Identify opportunities for service enhancements, renewals, and account growth • Serve as direct point of contact for 10–20 dedicated accounts • Respond to Client and applicant inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Resolve issues efficiently and manage support cases through completion • Provide regular updates to Clients • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to company success • Maintain accurate CRM records of Client interactions, account and user details, and service activities • Track and report Client activity, service metrics, and satisfaction levels • Support new Client onboarding, including setup, training, and documentation • Improve Client communication materials and service guides • Process incoming orders and update status notes • Communicate with Clients when additional information is required • Provide guidance to teammates and develop subject-matter expertise • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma • Two years of relevant experience in a Client service/account management role • Exemplary customer service skills with internal team members, Clients, and vendors • Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills • Advanced organizational and time management skills • Software savvy and technically adaptable • Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment • Ability to absorb procedures quickly • Maintain the utmost level of professionalism • Strong attention to detail and timely follow-up • Interest in growing with the company and taking on additional projects as needed • Must live in Kansas or Missouri
