📋 Description

• Lead large-scale supply chain advisory programs focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, and client value realization • Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and planning • Guide cross-functional teams delivering advisory solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client alignment • Contribute to practice development through solution innovation, capability building, and knowledge sharing • Support business development by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and participating in client pitches and negotiations • Mentor emerging leaders within the advisory team • Ensure compliance with internal governance and client-specific standards, mitigate risks, and maintain delivery integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management • Master’s degree in Operations Management listed among qualifications • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification • Expertise in Blue Yonder Space Planning • Business consulting experience • Critical thinking • Data visualization • Fulfillment operations • Kinaxis • O9 Demand Planning • Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) • People leadership • Risk management • Supply Chain Planning (SCP) • Advanced English proficiency (C1) • Must work the Day Job shift in the United States of America • Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible for this role
