📋 Description

• Serve as the primary business owner for Virtual Partnership technology platforms and systems • Partner with Information Technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure systems support business needs • Develop and manage the Expat technology enhancement roadmap, including intake, prioritization, internal/external system integrations, and issue resolution • Gather feedback from clients, tax professionals, support teams, and business partners • Translate business and user feedback into clear requirements, enhancement requests, and recommended solutions • Participate in solution design, testing, and user acceptance activities • Coordinate implementation planning for technology enhancements and process changes • Support communication, training, documentation, and adoption of new system capabilities • Represent the Expat business in technology planning, vendor discussions, and system improvement conversations • Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and field support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing business requirements, technology enhancements, system improvements, or product related work • Ability to partner effectively with Information Technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders • Strong communication skills to translate business needs into clear requirements and action plans • Experience gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, or experiences • Ability to prioritize work, manage competing needs, and coordinate activities across multiple partners • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to support testing, implementation, documentation, and adoption of new capabilities
