📋 Description

• Accurately assign codes for physician services for reimbursement, research, and compliance • Identify and apply diagnosis codes, CPT codes, and modifiers supported by medical records • Follow federal regulations • Correct billing discrepancies • Perform Pro Fee account coding

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold active CPC credential at minimum • Must be certified through AHIMA/AAPC • RHIT or RHIA credentials listed • Minimum of 2 years of professional coding experience • 3–5 years’ experience coding Pro Fee accounts • Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding • Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy • Understanding of reimbursement methodologies • Exceptional communication skills • Strong attention to detail
