📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with the Lead Designer to deliver engaging, interactive stories • Implement and own cinematic sequences to help shape the narrative vision of the game using a proprietary scripting system • Collaborate with engineers, designers and artists to identify key issues and generate high-quality solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two years working as a professional game designer on a shipped AAA title • A keen eye for cinematic framing, timing, and how scenes are presented to the player • Strong grasp of narrative craft and how storytelling deepens player engagement • Clear, confident communicator — both written and verbal — who works well across disciplines and teams • A technically-minded problem solver who can quickly pick up and get the most out of proprietary tools and pipelines • Working knowledge of animation timelines, plus an intuitive grasp of human behavior — especially how it shapes character interactions and conversational flow • A genuine passion for RPGs across a wide range of styles, with a strong handle on genre conventions, storytelling craft, and what makes the player experience land • Scripting experience, especially with visual or node-based tools, is a plus
