📋 Description

• Serve as a core architect of the vCluster Platform • Work intimately with Kubernetes internals to advance container orchestration • Write high-performance, resilient Go code for the vCluster platform • Own feature development from technical design through release • Engage with the community and contribute to open-source projects • Define scalable tenancy models for isolation and resource sharing beyond namespaces • Tackle complex systems architecture and engineering problems

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes internals, including architectural patterns, networking, and storage • Strong programming skills in Go • Active GitHub projects, experiments, or open-source contributions • Highly technical and self-driven • Experience working in a high-growth environment • Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to make an impact • History of contributions to the Kubernetes project, including documentation updates, pull requests, or participation in SIGs (bonus) • Early-stage startup experience (bonus)
