📋 Description

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies • Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met • Manage project scope and document and obtain approval for changes • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients • Manage client expectations and client satisfaction • Draft and format proposals, reports, specifications, and presentations • Maintain accurate, complete, and current project documentation • Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders • Manage tasks, deadlines, and resources in Salesforce, M-Files, Sierra Live, and other internal tools • Coordinate engineering, consultant, inspector, marketing, and other internal teams • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members • Support Project Coordinators with administrative overflow work during high-demand periods • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional services environment • Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion • Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and CRM systems (Salesforce) • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
