📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across the United States, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer management, and onboarding • Recruit across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Professional Services, Customer Support, and other corporate functions • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop recruiting strategies • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and other creative sourcing channels • Build and maintain pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs • Screen and assess candidates for experience, skills, motivation, and role alignment • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process and ensure a positive, transparent candidate experience • Partner with hiring managers on interview feedback, candidate selection, and offer discussions • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Provide hiring managers and leadership with updates on pipelines, market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring challenges • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and upcoming hiring requirements • Represent Vectra AI's employer brand and values throughout the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting within the United States • Experience recruiting across non-technical/GTM roles • Strong understanding of the U.S. technology talent market • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms • Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms; Greenhouse experience is a plus • Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed/global Talent Acquisition team • Preferred: Previous recruiting experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise technology organizations • Preferred: Experience recruiting for GTM organizations • Preferred: Experience supporting hiring across multiple U.S. regions and time zones • Preferred: Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices and hiring considerations • Preferred: Experience with talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing, and building pipelines for hard-to-fill positions • Preferred: A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to recruiting
