📋 Description

• Lead and manage full-lifecycle executive searches for VP and SVP positions in the US and abroad • Source, assess, interview, negotiate offers, and support onboarding readiness • Partner with C-level executives and senior stakeholders on position specifications and targeted recruitment strategies • Build and maintain executive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and industry relationships • Conduct in-depth assessments of leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and functional proficiency • Provide a high-touch candidate experience with timely, transparent communication • Stay connected with new executive hires between offer acceptance and start date, coordinating pre-start touchpoints and first-day logistics • Advise hiring managers and interview panels on executive recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria • Maintain knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies • Help build a world-class executive recruiting experience at Veeam, a data and AI trust company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, focused on VP and SVP-level placements • Technology-industry experience strongly preferred • Expertise managing full-cycle executive search processes in a dynamic environment • Strong collaborative communication skills • Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making • Knowledge of executive search methodologies, assessment tools, and talent mapping • Ability to use data to develop pipeline and funnel metrics for decision-making and reporting • Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality • Experience leveraging ATS and CRM systems for executive recruiting
