📋 Description

• Own, design, develop, and test significant Veeam Kasten features related to backup and recovery of Kubernetes applications, databases, and storage systems • Expand internal tools to improve developer experience and efficiently release Veeam Kasten every sprint • Collaborate with distributed teams across different time zones and regions • Prepare technical documentation and specifications • Mentor other engineers and support projects across the product • Share responsibility for maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions in a high-level programming language such as Go, C++, or Java • Experience with distributed systems concepts and client-server architectures • Expertise in developing, testing, and debugging production-quality, scalable, multi-threaded, and concurrent systems • Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and concurrency • BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent industry experience • Experience developing in Go • Experience developing for and on containers, container schedulers, and orchestration platforms • Experience with databases and/or storage systems, especially in the public cloud • Experience developing for multiple architectures such as amd64, arm64, and ppc64le
