• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements • Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions • Convert business requirements into user stories and functional specifications • Define acceptance criteria • Maintain product backlog • Support sprint planning and backlog grooming • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams • Produce functional documentation and process flows • Ensure complete documentation and knowledge transfer
🎯 Requirements
• 7-12 years experience • Business Analysis • User Story creation • Product Backlog Management • Functional Documentation • Stakeholder Management • Strong communication • Healthcare/PBM domain preferred • Technical Product Owner experience preferred • API and integration understanding preferred • Onshore engagement • Six-month engagement
