📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define technical solutions supporting business objectives • Create and refine technical epics, user stories, and non-functional requirements • Provide engineering teams with technical direction and clarify architecture, design, and implementation decisions • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and balance functional enhancements with technical investments • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product releases by removing technical roadblocks and ensuring delivery readiness • Drive execution of the technical product roadmap • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, performance, and reliability • Advise cross-functional teams on modern development practices, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years of experience in information technology, including software or application development and product ownership • 3+ years of experience providing technical leadership or leading cross-functional technology initiatives • Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services, C#, Python, Git/GitHub, SQL and relational databases, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, RESTful APIs, automated testing, React or React Native, and production monitoring and support • Experience delivering digital products in an Agile environment preferred • Experience balancing technical debt, platform modernization, and customer-facing enhancements preferred • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders preferred • Successful completion of a thorough background check • Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, enterprise policies, and procedures
