📋 Description

• Translate product strategy and transformation vision into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria • Ensure alignment with strategic outcomes, Enterprise Architecture roadmaps, and organizational objectives • Own the technical product backlog and non-functional requirements covering performance, security, scalability, and implementation standards • Support deliverables including process flows, pain point analyses, requirements documentation, use cases, and kickoff decks • Partner strategically with Finance leaders and facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions • Identify dependencies across programs and initiatives and collaborate across teams • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning • Manage and prioritize the Jira team backlog and maximize business value delivery • Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business needs with QA teams • Analyze stakeholder and end-user feedback to improve product functionality and user experience • Conduct code reviews and establish technical documentation and release-planning standards • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, and product owners • Support change management and adoption of new finance solutions • Establish and monitor KPIs for transformation initiatives • Support program governance, status reporting, and executive readouts • Build roadmaps and sequence recommendations around parallel or dependent initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or transformation leader in an Agile environment • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including FP&A, Pricing, Reconciliation, Consolidations, ERP, accounting, and reporting • Experience assessing, designing, and implementing process and technology solutions in a financial setting • Ability to bridge end-to-end processes to support large-scale transformations • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, concise narratives for all audiences • Ability to work effectively in a large, matrixed, global environment and build trust at all levels • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps • SAFe or Scrum certification with 3+ years of experience in enterprise or finance transformations preferred • Certified Product Owner certification, such as CSPO or equivalent, preferred • Technical background or familiarity with APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms preferred • Experience with PPM Clarity and ServiceNow preferred • Experience in global finance operations or enterprise-scale projects preferred • Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies preferred • Willingness to travel as needed
