• Make outbound calls to homeowners • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar • Qualify homeowners • Schedule free consultations for the outside sales team • Perform in a remote phone-sales environment • Meet outbound sales and personal performance expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of outbound calling experience • Tech savvy and strong computer skills • Sales mentality and strong, confident closer • Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance • Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence • Strong time management and reliable work ethic • Weekend availability is mandatory • Candidates must be located in one of the specified Northeast U.S. states • Authorized to work in the U.S.
