📋 Description

• Plan, lead and execute commissioning projects for complex services, custom bridge and extended-scope water treatment projects • Troubleshoot issues and drive project closeout from construction through commissioning and operations • Resolve systemic customer issues and lead the necessary experts to resolution • Manage customer issues to closure through on-site and remote access • Implement plant optimization techniques and PLC/HMI/Controls optimization processes • Assist customers with commissioning requirements, startup, recommended spares and operating/maintenance training • Train and mentor company staff and partners on Veolia products, operations, commissioning and troubleshooting • Manage customer expectations and maintain high service standards • Communicate with services, product, engineering, process and controls teams to document and resolve issues • Provide feedback to engineering and product management for product, system and project delivery improvements • Apply EHS standards, design standards, procedures, governance and processes as a customer-facing subject matter expert

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering or chemistry preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment projects or related fields • Working knowledge and experience of PLC & HMI/SCADA programming and troubleshooting; Rockwell, GE-IP/Emerson preferred • Knowledge of Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions products, solutions, and applications • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Relevant field experience working on Veolia WTS products • Background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools • Working knowledge and experience with industrial networking and fieldbus • Mathematical skills, including operations using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, ratios and percentages • Ability to read and interpret instruction and safety manuals • Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and make timely decisions • Willingness/ability to travel up to 80%, with 95% of travel in the United States • Ability to work outdoors and in and around industrial environments • Ability to work around potentially hazardous chemicals used in water treatment processing • Must be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor U.S. work authorization
