📋 Description

• Plan, lead and execute commissioning projects, including troubleshooting and closeout • Assist customers with space, labor, tools, test-water disposal, startup, recommended spares and operations/maintenance training requirements • Ensure Services Water Treatment Projects are safely and successfully commissioned from construction through commissioning and operations • Resolve systemic customer issues and lead necessary experts to resolution • Implement plant optimization techniques • Implement PLC/HMI/Controls optimization for post-commissioning project closure • Train and mentor company staff and partners on site visits, commissioning, troubleshooting, Veolia products and operations • Manage customer expectations and maintain high standards at customer sites • Communicate with services, product, engineering, process and controls teams to record and resolve issues • Provide customer-facing subject matter expertise and support customers through on-site and remote access • Contribute feedback to engineering, product management and design teams for product and project delivery improvements • Foster continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering or chemistry preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment projects or related fields • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Relevant field experience working on Veolia WTS products • Background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools • Working knowledge and experience with industrial networking and fieldbus • Mathematical skills using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, ratios and percentages • Ability to read and interpret instruction and safety manuals • Ability to work independently • Ability to plan multiple priorities and focus on the most important ones • Ability to adapt quickly to new problems, clients and situations • Ability to make timely and correct decisions without all the information • Working knowledge and experience of PLC and HMI/SCADA programming and troubleshooting; Rockwell and GE-IP/Emerson preferred • Eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor U.S. work authorization • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%, with 95% of travel in the United States • Ability to work outdoors and in and around industrial environments • May come into contact with potentially hazardous chemicals used in water treatment processing
