📋 Description

• Analyze end-to-end revenue cycle workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, rework, and process variation • Document current-state and future-state business processes using process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow documentation • Conduct root-cause analysis to identify operational bottlenecks, delays, and quality issues • Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and customer experience • Collaborate with operational teams to standardize and optimize Reimbursement Operations workflows • Gather and document business requirements for operational and technology initiatives • Create process flows, business requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Support prioritization of enhancement requests and process improvement opportunities • Perform impact assessments for proposed operational and system changes • Assist stakeholders in defining success metrics and operational KPIs • Document system integration requirements and operational workflows between platforms • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to ensure solutions meet operational needs • Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities • Participate in stakeholder meetings, process workshops, and requirements gathering sessions • Track project deliverables, risks, issues, and action items • Communicate recommendations, findings, and project updates to operational leadership • Support organizational change management and adoption of new processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or related roles • Experience documenting business processes and identifying operational improvement opportunities • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, payer operations, diagnostics, laboratory services, or healthcare technology
