📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain production Salesforce solutions • Take ownership of complex features from architecture through deployment • Write clean, testable code • Evaluate new Salesforce platform features • Own the release calendar and coordinate with program managers • Manage the promotion of changes across Salesforce environments • Gate every deployment with approval standard

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • At least 3 years at a principal or staff level • Deep fluency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and the Salesforce declarative toolset • Expert-level Gearset knowledge • Strong GitHub experience • Jira administration and usage as a release gate • Proven experience coordinating releases with non-technical stakeholders • Solid grasp of Salesforce CLI and SFDX • Track record of mentoring engineers
