📋 Description

• Onboard Practice Fusion Billing Software clients • Provide, review, and train clients on the Billing Software system • Gather required documentation for successful implementation • Follow up with and answer client calls and emails • Respond promptly to internal and external requests for information • Gather documentation and information for the Payer Enrollment team • Train clients on Billing Software use, key configuration, and common workflows • Support clients post-go-live with claims questions, denials, and related clarifications • Guide clients in Practice Fusion EHR to input required billing setup details • Provide education on billing workflows within Practice Fusion EHR • Understand integration and data flow between Practice Fusion EHR and Billing Software • Comply with and enforce relevant policies and procedures • Achieve goals set by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required • 2+ years experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, practice management software, and clearinghouses • Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle: patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections • Visa Sponsorship is not offered for this position • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada • Verification of employment eligibility will be required as a condition of hire
