📋 Description

• Oversee, influence, and drive execution of large-scale strategic initiatives across Veralto’s Operating Companies • Lead high-impact, global ERP and digital transformation programs • Build PMO, governance, structure, and frameworks to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives and the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) • Strengthen execution discipline and cross-functional coordination • Support scalable, organization-wide frameworks and delivery models for AI, data, and emerging technology initiatives • Partner with operating company leadership to oversee enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs • Monitor scope, timeline, budget, risks, and business outcomes • Establish governance structures, reporting cadences, and escalation mechanisms • Provide visibility into program health, risks, and execution performance • Drive cross-functional alignment across business, IT, operations, and external partners • Oversee consulting firms, systems integrators, and service providers • Ensure external partners meet commitments, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations • Drive accountability, transparency, and measurable outcomes across third-party engagements • Support executive review of partner performance and delivery effectiveness • Coordinate escalation and remediation activities • Develop enterprise frameworks for AI, data, and technology initiatives • Establish intake, prioritization, and governance processes • Create visibility into AI, data, and strategic initiatives across operating companies • Catalog and organize enterprise efforts to reduce duplication and identify scalable opportunities • Identify high-value opportunities and ensure execution oversight • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and strategic updates • Prepare leadership presentations and governance materials • Communicate program health, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders • Drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities • Support KPI development and operational reporting frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across large, decentralized or multi-business-unit organizations • Demonstrated experience establishing program governance frameworks, PMO, reporting structures, and execution cadences • Experience managing large-scale programs involving external large-scale consulting firms or systems integrators • Executive-level communication, partnering across multiple businesses, strong diplomacy and influencing skills • Proven ability to drive execution and accountability across stakeholders without direct authority • Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment and dealing with ambiguity • Experience driving enterprise agentic AI adoption with positive P&L impact is advantageous • Resides in Chicago, Colorado, or Boston and able to undertake 10-20% travel • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
