📋 Description

• Recommend and apply basic water treatment applications and solutions • Communicate program results to ChemTreat Account Managers or senior Technicians • Provide professional, high-quality customer and technical services • Perform basic water testing, take measurements, document results through reports, and share quantitative data • Perform water analysis and problem-solving to apply chemical solutions and monitor treatment effects • Perform required services according to contractual obligations • Calibrate pumps and perform repairs to restore chemical feeds • Monitor product feed rates and adjust treatment programs when gaps are detected • Enter results into software and communicate results through service reports • Assist in water-related system improvement projects • Monitor product inventories • Maintain company equipment • Perform other duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree/Technical Certification Preferred • Experience in a lab, plant, or operations is a plus • Technical skills • Analytical skills • Communication and Interpersonal skills • Teamwork and leadership • Problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to learn new operating systems • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or equivalent skills • Understanding of math and formulas • Travel dependent on size of assigned territory • May require long hours and varied work schedules • Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting/carrying 50+ pounds and maneuvering drums weighing 250-800 pounds • Ability to work at high elevations and climb stairs/ladders • Ability to drive short and long distances within DOT regulations • Ability to wear required PPE and work with hazardous chemicals
