📋 Description

• Build and own core Dashboard infrastructure. • Architect and implement backend services and APIs for the Dashboard. • Drive performance and optimize aggressively. • Build agent-facing surfaces for user guidance. • Work closely with product teams to integrate cleanly into the Dashboard shell. • Ship incrementally and continuously to improve the product.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer building user-facing products. • Strong across the stack: modern frontend (React, TypeScript, Next.js) and backend (APIs, databases, services). • You've built products for developers or technical users. • You think in systems and build reusable abstractions. • Comfortable with ambiguity in a new product direction. • Use AI tools in your own development workflow. • Ship fast without sacrificing quality. • Communicate clearly and collaborate well with Product, Design, and other engineering teams.
