📋 Description

• Coordinate multiple projects and work with staff and sub-consultants • Coordinate and manage client requests and needs • Apply technical knowledge of structural engineering principles • Serve as a technical advisor to other staff • Review design and production deliverables, ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with company standards and policies • Provide mentoring to junior staff • Support proposal and business development efforts • Perform structural evaluation, design, and construction-phase services for private and public-sector clients • Work on projects including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mixed-use, bridge, transportation, energy, telecommunications, water/wastewater, and other structures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering • 4-9 years of civil engineering experience • Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months • Experience with concrete and steel design • Preferred: Industrial Mechanical/Electrical Support structures • Preferred: Building shells • Preferred: Transportation structure design • Preferred: Two years of project management of small projects • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to communicate and effectively participate as part of an engineering team • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated team leadership and supervisory skills • Demonstrated business development and client management experience • Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships
