📋 Description

• Coordinate certification activities from application through certificate issuance • Serve as the primary contact for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders • Schedule audits and proactively manage certification timelines and deadlines • Coordinate audit reviews, corrective actions, and certification decisions • Maintain accurate client documentation and records across business systems • Identify potential delays or risks and proactively drive solutions • Provide timely, professional communication on certification status and next steps • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Knowledge of GFSI-recognized certification programs, such as SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, or similar • 1+ year of experience in customer service, project coordination, administrative support, certification, quality assurance, or a related field • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment • A proactive, accountable, and customer-focused approach
