The platform enables clinics to design custom wellness plans for dogs and cats, streamlines fast client signup, automates member management and billing (including two‑way PIMS integrations and high payment capture), and delivers analytics, reporting, and training to drive recurring revenue, compliance, and client loyalty. Customers report large increases in signups, revenue, and diagnostic activity after migrating to Nest.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound partner-practice requests via email, phone, and chat • Troubleshoot billing, plan setup, client communications, and platform-usage issues • Maintain accurate records in the support system • Create and update help center articles, training videos, and internal documentation • Escalate bugs and pain points to Product and Hospital Success • Identify recurring veterinary-practice needs • Participate in cross-functional syncs and advocate for customers • Work closely with the Support Manager, Hospital Success team, and Product

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a SaaS customer support role • Excellent verbal and written communication • Highly organized and responsive • Comfortable managing multiple cases at once • Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk • Enthusiasm for helping people succeed and personal growth • Startup experience or interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment • Veterinary experience is a plus but not required • Availability for support hours between 8am and 8pm EST
