📋 Description

• Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy • Assist Advisors with client meeting preparation and follow-up tasks • Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements, and other industry-specific administrative tasks • Manage brokerage tasks • Initiate, manage, and tweak workflows • Enter data into the NaviPlan financial planning software • Participate in an initial 15–30 minute Zoom interview with the consultant/hiring manager • Complete a Career History Form if advancing • Meet with the firm if selected to advance • Take assessments as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of financial services experience • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines • Organization skills and attention to detail • Ability to anticipate client and advisor needs • Ability to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing time • Ability to learn and implement new technology and software quickly • Ability to communicate well and work collaboratively • Ability to follow office processes and policies related to office operations and client privacy • Familiarity with Pershing is not required, but would be a plus
